Rev Up Your Taste Buds for the XV Annual PV Gourmet Festival

Founded 15 years ago, The International Gourmet Festival in Puerto Vallarta & Riviera Nayarit has become a tradition to promote new and innovative tastes and preparations in the world of cuisine. Not only a competition but a friendly and creative exchange between grand masters, this festival attracts young talents from all over the world.

It is tradition for a "resident master chef" at each partner hotel and restaurant to serve as host to a "guest master chef" and together they spoil their guests during the Festival week. The Festival will take place for 10 days starting November 12th and commencing on the 22nd. The Villa Group's participation with their master chefs will bring fireworks to your taste buds! The highlights of the 2009 program include the 'Grand Gourmet Opening Party'; progressive dining on Gourmet Safaris; Chocolate Art & Tea's presented by recognized pastry chefs; unforgettable Winemaker's Nights on several Chefs Table; Gourmet cooking demonstrations; and the ultimate Wine & Cheeses Party at Casa Velas Boutique Hotel.

Our very own Villa Group Resort participants include Villa la Estancia Nuevo Vallarta on Sunday, November 15th for a Margarita Brunch from noon to 3:00pm. Also indulge in the exquisite menu prepared by Chef Angel Carbajal at La Casona Steak House and Piano Bar.
