Villa del Palmar Vallarta Renovations

The Villa Group has announced that renovations to the Villa del Palmar Vallarta are slated for completion on October 20th. The renovation work began in late August following a decision by the Board of Directors to provide a new and updated look to the elder member of the Villa Group.

With this one million dollar investment in renovations, Villa Del Palmar Vallarta will show a new and rejuvenated face to the members and guests that visit this special Villa Group property every year. These renovations to the property will provide a newly resurfaced pool deck, new flooring for all first floor hallways and room entrances (from the lobby area to the beach), new hallway and pool area lighting, leveling of the floors to avoid water pooling during the rainy season, as well as a number of other minor common area details. The main restaurant Cucina was renovated with new marble floor and buffet bar as new sitting furniture.

Upgrades and renovations will also include the bathrooms of 175 rooms being updated with new lighting, toilets, vanity mirrors, and bath accessories, the placement of 79 Murphy beds, the removal of 220 concrete bed bases (Building 3) to be replaced with new, comfortable box springs and mattresses, the repainting of buildings with fresh, lighter colors that coordinate with the neighboring Villa del Mar Resort.
