Regular flights to Loreto’s international airport can be found through AeroMexico, Aerocalafia, Continental, Delta, and Alaska Airlines and has one hour flights from San Diego.
Major cities with normal flights into Loreto are Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, Tucson, Houston, Mexico City, La Paz, Los Cabos, and Herrmosillo.
By Land
Enjoy desert scenery along Transpeninsular Highway 1, which stretches from Tijuana to Loreto, and on to Cabo San Lucas. If you make this drive, plan on about 18 hours of drive-time from Tijuana to Loreto.
By Sea
The majestic Puerto Escondido is located just eight minutes south of Loreto and is the best location to drop anchor.
